Terms and Conditions

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we are here to work with you to handle any adjustments. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies below:

  • Cancellations: To cancel your booking, please email us at culicura@hotmail.com.
    • If you cancel 14 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
    • If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the event, you will receive 50% of your deposit back.
    • If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable. This is because, at that point, we may find it difficult to schedule another event on such short notice, and we will already be in the process of preparing for your event.

 

  • Payment: To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required, payable via invoice. Your event date will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining 50% of the total amount is due on the day of the event, after the dinner has been completed.

 

  • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your event to another date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability and find a suitable date for you.

 

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the case of unforeseen events beyond your control, such as a death, natural disaster, or other emergencies, we will assess the situation individually and determine what can be done regarding the deposit.

 

  • OB/VAT: All our prices are exclusive of 6% OB/VAT.
